Even if he doesn't, I wouldn't be surprised if Vinny went after her for ruining (or almost ruining) the whole setup they all had. Buddy gets the goods, so to speak: he's the distributor whereas Vinny & Quinn are the dealers. She would be in serious hot water with other dealers like Vinny if/when it gets out that she decided to snitch as revenge for Riona.

Another distributor will take Buddy's place, if not actually Vinnie or Quinn. It's not like they are friends, Buddy went harder on Vinnie than on Riona, it's business.

Burke is giving the free tuitution to the girls, its seen that he erases Monas free tuitution (or call it scholarship, its not just a rumor, its real, fuck for scholarship) after the incident in episode 5. (its seen at the end of episode 6) the scholarship is running under the name "wallace" as the sponsor, and of course Burke confirmed himself that he fucked at least 3 students, do you think they fucked him just for fun? No those girls are restaurant girls, and they need to do it for the scholarship, everything else would be a surprise. And yeah i do think that they need to fuck other "older men" too of course, but including Burke. Otherwise the deal is canceled, and no scholarship.
Monas payment was open, she didnt go through with the restaurant and had to leave because of that.
Burke is definitly a part of the restaurant, i have no doubt about it. And he pressures Quinn about it too.
For "Priscilla" we dont know who she is yet, but it can be Quinn, Burke called her, and just after that call Quinn is seen leaving Burkes office. Thats no coincidence, and i dont think Quinn is her real name, cause.... thats no fucking name. I guess her real name is Priscialla and she doesnt like it, so she called herself Quinn and doesnt use that name anymore... but Burke goes for it, cause its standing on her passport and of course to make clear who is calling the shots.
For Maya, Burke wanted to help her, he would have heped her and gave her the scholarship no doubt... until the point she mentioned the free tuitution... Thats a risk Burke cant take, and wanted Maya to be gone from college, which is the reason why he suggestet to her to leave college in the first place. But that didnt worked out...
Other than that, the free tuitution rumor is already spread, even Becky knows about it and of course Rio is done with Quinn, so it can be assumed that she might put everything on the table, unlike Mona Rio isnt afraid to sink the ship for sure. Quinn will have to face the consequences and Burke too. The whole thing will blow up in episode 12, like most of the other plots too.
Sadly, i think that means Rio will leave college, or maybe even dont come back in the first place.... we will see, in about 2 years from now.

Quinn carries no respect from the others and she's a woman. That's two red flags on her part. Whereas Vinny's a dude and from what we can tell initially, he carries some form of respect due to being a good earner. Buddy himself said that Vinny beats her in volume. As in, quantity of drugs that he sells.
I don't think Quinn would ever be the replacement for Buddy, it's just not likely.

Then again, since Vinny also threatened Lily and the other strippers at the Pink Rose, I'm quite certain Quinn will get protection from the owners of the Pink Rose if Lily finds out what she did.
It's 1 thing to threaten 1 girl, but the entire strip-crew, the management wouldn't like that.

I don't think that police raid will go down the way Quinn thinks it's going to go down, and they'll definitely know who snitched on them. That's where she'll have basically nowhere to turn to but the MC despite being adamant she can handle it alone, she has no allies in this. Especially as Rio still can a be a target for them to get to Quinn.

It's not like a referendum is made, those who have the contacts distribute. That there is a new distributor is the most likely possibility, but it is not impossible he is replaced internally, as Buddy replaced Rox.
The point however was that no dealer would waste time avenging Buddy, maybe his men, but if he treated them the way he treated Vinnie, I doubt
