depends on the layout you get, but I'm pretty sure you can get at least a 6x on every layout.

Here's the best layout and the best score I've managed (not great for the MC tho):

By the way, I find the cucumber competition is just better, so you can choose that and save/use an extra $2... I uisually do, I just didn't do that for the screenshot...

Dont know why you would want to do it in the first place though... a dik MC doesnt fit for Maya and Josy, though Josy can be a bit funny here and there, but only because she likes some mean prank-jokes doesnt make her a dik persona overall. And Maya doesnt fit to a dik MC at all... but you do you, as i said, its easy to do, but feels totally weird. I tried it once and never again... neutral feels a lot better, but chick is the most fitting for the two, especially considered that there are special scenes for chick, but not for dik.

Just something different. I've seen the Josy scenes because SanchoMod made it easy to switch between affinities. Now that I have to start everything over, I figured I'd add something I haven't done before to break things up.

Your first one is the exact same layout as the best one I've found for Christmas too. :D /highfive

I've played around a lot with the other 4 grids too. All the others I only managed 6.5-6.75x, except for one layout with Jello Shots where I got a 7.0x. I'm pretty convinced at this point the 7.25x can't be beaten, but I would love to be proven wrong.

Well I'm pretty sure that IS the best layout, since it has JB and rusty close by, and that really gives it the edge... I'd need to tweak it a bit, but from what I tried, I didn't really manage any better than that, so that might be the best possible... I'm not to happy with it tho, because it leaves the MC at red and even loses happiness, so it might be better to go with a lesser score but a better distribution of happiness... I don't know...

Honestly, I wish Josy just told Sage she knew about Chad a long time ago, or MC told Sage shortly after taking about it with Josy. Obviously in that discussion context for being "the beard" it'd probably not go well, but in other circumstances I don't think it'd be a problem. Sage knows Josy is also in a secret homosexual relationship, so can probably assume she can understand not gossiping about it.

Your arms would be destroyed before you could even get up a hill. And then you wouldn't get up the hill and just fall back down. That's correct ...

They have only downhill ski but they are in a remote region, so there are no ski lifts.
I guess that there was a lack of assets for skiing. Cross country or ski tour ski are probably not used by ski sport simulations.

If the snow is hard enough they could try to skate uphill so that they use their arms and legs and do not glide back downhill. However posing would be more difficult and it would create additional diagonal (V-shaped) tracks on the snow.

They do not have a ski lift nor a helicopter for heli skiing.
However they have a snowmobile, so they could have used the snowmobile to go uphill, drop 3 of 4 persons with ski, let them ski downhill and then pick them up, repeat and take turns who is driving. MC actually volunteered for the snowmobile to avoid skiing. In flat terrain they could also use the snowmobile to pull a person on ski (similar to water ski).

Anyway ... the winter landscape is quite nice ... ignore the skiing.

Unless MC gets a massive happiness boost from story in Episode 12, it's likely not worth getting a lower overall multiplier now to get him to 3 or 4 needs fulfilled. Sadly, I've found no way of getting him to 3 on that layout that doesn't drop you to 7.0x or lower. Worth noting though that the Wet T-shirt contest gives MC a few points whereas the Cucumber competition does not; I'd still likely go with whichever actual event I enjoy more. Having 2% more happiness is going to make a miniscule difference.

And yes, that's without a doubt the best possible random grid for Christmas, specifically because it's the only one with Rusty and JB nearby as you said. It's also one of the few where you can get most of the Girls needs met with exactly 7 Girls (thereby also activating Tommy's 7 Girls need in the most efficient manner). But I meant that your item placement was the exact same as the 7.25x I found on that grid (probably the only possible way to get it).

I totally went with mel cause her scene is just better, but I hope they don't become mutually exclussive later on, that'd fuckin suck if we get even more branching at this point, specially since those two are always together... =/
