But why would Bianca even be at the faculty event? It's for faculty with the exception of the student "musicians" (using it loosely since Tybalt will be playing). I don't remember Hoff saying the gig included pay and a plus one to the event.

It's also for "esteemed guests". If Miranda is indeed her mother, you can be pretty sure that Bianca(and maybe even Miranda if she still lives) will be invited as such. Lynette was longtime friends with Miranda and Viv and usually children of elites become friends with other children of elites.
