We see how guilty MC can be about Jade, and while this isn't the same thing, Sage 100% called it. Zoey wants MC back no mater what, and keeping this a secret will not help either of them. Telling her about Zoey before "I love you" would've been bad. But after that is the time to do it. He just needs to think about how to tell her, rather than blurt it out like he usually does. And that does involve cutting Zoey out of his life unfortunately.

Because it only left me with one decision and that was if MC tells Sage that he loves her, even though he hasn't told her about that. Jacob confirms he (and Tommy) banged her in the past when talking to him in Episode 9. But I doubt it was after the crabs incident.
