in the Elena case it's that JB wants to watch and/or participate at the same time. He does not want to "loan" her to MC (at least for now). I don't even think Elena would like that either, seeing how she was a little hesitant at first to even do it. They have a relationship where they explore stuff together. And if that's not what the player wants then Elena is a no-go.
She was more that ready, remember 9th's bathroom scene, which was a way sexier. (even that lonely 10th's ass slap...
) DPc is who writes the plot. JB could think and let anything and Elena could do aswell, dpc would explain anything. Bianca also couldnt want to cheat on Jill, but she will.

i think DPc just doesnt count Elena as significant LI. or in 12-16th there will be the same stuff with Heather's bj blocking that 3some, but instead you should be not agreed on their 3some. (and people will go replay last updates like it was with 3some and Sage) But its not important already, since she missed 2 eps with them both. there already an abyss and lost possible interactions. and even it if will be, it will be in the year 2030+ or so.
OR he actually know that they are significant for players and if you would give them in 10, 11, 12, there will be no LI to wait and achieve.
