i tought it would make some difference in the finance situation at least, i remember quinn speaking with riona about it if you use it in the early game

So far accepting the restaurant just gives you access to scenes with the girls associated with it. Other then that there's some minor dialogue stuff but no real impact and as of yet there are no actual consequences or repercussions from using the restaurant.
