season 3 + interlude requires importing a save from season 2. s1 is episodes 1-4, s2 is 5-8, s3 is 9-11 (so far). im pretty sure season 2 includes all of episodes 1-8 though i could be wrong. either way the answer to your question is no. you need to finish the first seasons, then download season 3 + interlude and import your s2 save.
Does Season 3 interlude have all the season 1-2 episodes or do i have to download both of them separately? if i want to play from the start.

I know this is past convo with zoey, but I found a way to make MC's confession about his feelings a choice. When you are talking with zoey at the campfire, how about implementing a choice that is A: Confess Past Feelings (Zoey_Path_Open) or B: Its all in the past (Zoey_Path_Close). That way if you says its all in the past, you can actually skip zoey's confession and head to Bella's or stay at the party.
