Was anyone else expecting more to have happened to Rio? especially after seeing vinny. Buddy doesn't seem like the kind guy to hold back on someone supposedly scamming him just because they talked.
Maybe it'll be worse if we get a full view of her face but from what we it was almost a let down imo. Or maybe i'm just expecting too much gore/violence from DPC.

I think you are right but going through the others story I see a few thing that could maybe help this... I mean near the end of ch 11 if done right you meet that white or gray headed chick and she talks about things and tells the mc about what happened... now if I had that kind of story then what happened could be called karama but for her to ask the mc to stay out of it... had me thinking what would happen if the mc said no to stay out of it could they get even later in game. and maybe bring the injured some peace... I really want to kick vinny's ass for the shit he is doing and buddy's so maybe some kind get even or something... I hope at some point mc see what queen is doing and takes over shit too keep the others safe... I mean every body needs money so maybe add something like queen did to get paided I mean if queen is using the hots to make money maybe the mc could use them and pink rose to make money maybe use the brothers as look out for bad guys and help keep the girls safe... there are all kinds of mini games from fighting - to tennis- beer pong-shots I mean just look at some of the mini games there is also the party planning so why not add another mini game to help make money. like what queen is doing or maybe just sex or drugs ... Sounds like you've played everything available then, the patch from 0.11 to 0.11.1 was for bug fixes and whatnot.

Call me weird but I feel like the way MC got introduced to Tara, the starting point of their relationship is the most alluring one. my understanding was 0.11.1 is a fix for the 0.11 game not a update. and if that's the case you may be done in game... If I am not mistaking the only way to close zoey story was if you are on one of the main girls paths... I just did a others branch story and ended up kissing her and she stayed tell day light you get to chose ask about last night or something... then some calls and texts ,look at rooster posts , the mini games , take care of fishes, study ,puzzle box ,or leave room if you leave it ends the game as of now...
