You're right. DPC should hold off on doing the last 5 episodes and rework the last eleven, so they are up to snuff.

I could see that. He should make a mini-game where you have to win just to play the real mini-game, and if you lose both the game erases all your saves and starts you over at episode one.Yeah the minigames need some polishing, or maybe just rework and expand them

I do this fairly often. Usually to get rid of broken saves that are taking up space. I actually put a shortcut to the renpy appdata folder on my desktop. Its path is
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\RenPy
If you create this shortcut you can just go in whenever you please and delete the entire save folder. The next time you boot up your computer and start the renpy game it will create a fresh roaming appdata folder. It is certainly quicker than deleting all your saves one at a time.
well... if just making last episode took more than a year, just imagine til he re made 11 more to catch up with the lastest epidodes quality and that he don't feel creative and wants to re touch or add more stuffs(or wan't a better pc again)

He should turn the opening screen into a randomized mini-game where you have to find hidden buttons in the image and then click them in the right order just to be able to unlock the menu to start or load a save.

Oh Dear.. This game is becoming as bloated as World of Warcraft. There are just to many variables to keep track of. Choose path, branch, Li, or Li's.. Other girls or nothing. For each of the different path's you take, DPC needs to make an almost new version of the game to fit the variations. (I didn't even include mini-games and hangouts and what not) If you wonder why it takes DPC over a year to finish even a half done lacklustre chapter.. This is Why. He basically needs to make 20+ versions of the same game to make sure all the different choices work. And replaying the different path's has become a nightmare, due to the endless Free roam's. I hope I get to play the finished game before I Die. At this pace, I doubt it..

He said it more than once, one time it was in a Q&A i think, with enough will to research it still can be found i think.
Dont ask me for links, not in the mood to do the research myself, i just remeber what he said... there were discussions in discord about that too (more or less after every update) and more than once DPC was quoted with his statement that he wont kill of an LI and that being a dik will not get as dark as AL was.
Though plans might change, but i dont think so... the game got pretty dark in the last two episodes with the abusive PAtrick, death of Lana and how it affected all, and of course what happened to Rio... but thats about it. Nothing close to AL.
I dont see a complete Happy end for Quinn and i dont want one for her either, she doesnt deserve one. But getting killed? No dont see that. She has to leave college i guess, and maybe serve some time... social work or something like that. Maybe, but thats a big maybe, some time in jail? We will see... if i need to guess, she gets two game-edings, one where she ends up sad and alone but has come to her senses and doesnt pull nasty shit anymore. And if you are on her path she will be not alone and can have the MC but is not happy with herself and regrets what she has done in the past... Being killed? Nah. Not even Vinny or Buddy gets killed.

Based on how the mansion minigame went, there'll probably be some sort of minor narrative payoff either in Episode 12 or as a summary in Episode 13. I'm not expecting Season 4 to include any more rounds of the minigame, though I could easily be wrong.
My guess is that there will also be some minor consequences to being a great/shit party planner, but nothing too major - failing the mansion repair just means that you miss a lewd scene with Quinn and have a slightly worse reputation with the DIKs.
Chances of scoring 7 or fewer out of 50 coin flips are roughly one in a hundred thousand, so, yeah, either the percentages are trash, or the (unlisted) added risk of the shot being slapped aside is significant.
For what it's worth, my projection (based on linearly growing dev times and a 4-episode Season 4) is for it to only take another decade. Some people are predicting a 2-episode Season 4, which would bring it down to finishing sometime in 2030/2031, but the linear growth assumption is probably wrong and could well push the ending further out.
Still, my current best-guess for the game being finished is mid-2035, until we get more information to work from - when Episode 13 releases, possibly in mid-2028, that should give us a much better picture of what Season 4 is going to look like.

Delete (or put in an storage file) the Saves file from the Game file in the Being a DIK folder, and then delete the Being a Dik folder in the C:\Users\HAL-9001\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\BeingaDIK folder (your computer probably isn't called HAL-9001, so you know, adjust for your system). You have to delete both, or they will just repopulate one another.
