Wait is there actually a consequence of not making it even? I just assumed Josy revealing she loves the MC more than Maya was going to happen regardless, does the inverse happen if you neglect Josy too much?

Yeah, you can favor Maya or Josy or try and keep it even (which gets more difficult each update).

Even if you choose Josy and tell her you love her, she actually not say it back if her RP is too low.
Without knowing it mattered, I just balanced dates with them from the start, from a sense of fairness I guess.
It wasn't exact as you said, but when the totting up scene popped, they said it was pretty much even.

It's funny how MC only tells Sage and Jill about visiting Zoey because he wanted to share what he would be up to while they're getting their nails done. Obviously before that moment, MC doesn't see it as a big deal, to the point that he might not have ever brought it up on his own. I would guess that's the case with Bella and MJ. And then of course this pales in comparison to Zoey confessing her feelings weeks later.
It's a difficult subject to broach, your ex wanting you to dump your gf and take her back, but I'm sure MC will go about it in a reasonable way
And if he chooses to keep it to himself, I'm sure there'll be no repercussions to that

It seems she only realizes how much you cared for her after she sees you've moved on.

I've taken back Zoey on a specific route where I leave all 4 main girl routes specifically to get with Zoey, as well as a dedicated Zoey path I set up from Season 1 onwards after episode 10.
Yes I realize I've probably got way too many save files that will possibly amount to the same two or three flags that will ultimately define a lot of the routes' endings.
But you can't stop me.
