Follow the clues from DPC (he prefers being called Pink) from EP9. When the three connect, we reveal a sequence that extends into EP11.

1. Maya says so she might have had more luck than expected because she has a girlfriend and a boyfriend. This happens when Maya comes to the MC in EP10. 2 girlfriends and a boyfriend.

2. The MC said so he's happier than Maya because he has 2 girlfriends. At the beginning of EP10, the MC tells Tommy so he can have 2 girlfriends.

3. Maya also said so her boyfriend will kick someone's ass. Who used a sprained ankle as an excuse in EP11, and the MC wonders why Josy had her ankle in her ass.

4. Josy said so her boyfriend is part of a fraternity and that he has an amazing body. What do you need an amazing body for? For modeling. Oops, Josy's mother also wanted Josy to be a model as a teenager. But now she's too short. The MC is perfect for a male model. Maya should also buy women's magazines for her scavenger hunt.

So many things are connected.

Why not kick the preps out during the Halloween party? Lucas is practicing drums, Derek's interest in piano was sparked in EP8. The MC himself plays guitar brilliantly. So the MC should keep his promise to his father and not compete in the tournament. Instead, perform at the college Christmas party. Since he doesn't have much time to practice, he'll play what he already knows, which is "Shitface." Then network and become successful.

Chen and Chao are probably related to the MC. Chen is the uncle and Chao is the grandfather. Chao pays Dwayne to train the MC. Why? As the saying goes, you only really get to know a person when you compete against them. Well, now we know who helped Neil and the MC when he defended himself in high school at 15. The MC just needs to prove it to his grandfather through his actions.

The MC and his brother look very similar, and Tommy probably knew the MC's brother too. Too bad Neil never told his son (the MC) about his brother. But he's dead, and his grave is right next to Lana's. Just look at what the gravestone says: A glass of alcohol. A DIK visits this grave and shares liquor with a former friend.

This is false. Quinn clearly stated that she was fucking over buddy long before Lily came into the picture and Buddy had been stalking Riona for some time, so he already knew something was up. All the deal with Lily did was bring Vinnie into the picture, where he would have been anyway, because he wanted Quinn out of the picture to expand his territory. The only one fucked over was Riona, which Quinn acknowleges is her fucking fault. Lily just switched from one dealer who was overcharging her to another one who was overcharging her a little less. That's why when Buddy found out how much more Vinnie was overcharging than Quinn he made sure that he wasn't so pretty anymore. Vinnie may blame Lily for all this bullshit, but that doesn't mean we need to. It was just the free market doing its thing. All of this happened because Vinnie is not nearly as good a businessman as he thinks he is. When someone is buying from you in bulk, you give them a discount, not a mark-up. Increase your margins by overcharging the small fish who won't notice as much.

Whoa that's some next level dot connecting but, on that note, when MC is telling Bella about his childhood and school he does mention that the family of the boy he beat up wanted to sue but dropped the complaint now nobody would drop a complaint like that all of a sudden unless outside forces were involved and Neil being dirt poor leaves only one obvious answer the grandfather but why do that when the gramps hates Neil and speaking of the gramps why did he wait so long to send MC that box of his mom's stuff along with her diary and the money?
