I'll be honest. During my first playthrough of EP11, I had Maya's HQ. It depressed me more than inspired me. What I find absolutely terrible is that later, when the MC lies down with Maya or Josy, they don't even say goodnight to each other. Josy is also much more hurt when Maya tells her that the MC told her he loves her.
I think this explains Interlude and Zoey very well. Zoey didn't understand the MC's signs and gestures, nor her own drawing. Zoey and the MC didn't know what love was. The MC experienced it painfully because he assumed Zoey had a boyfriend. I think it's similar with Josy. She needs to listen in order for the MC to love her. Maya, on the other hand, is better at interpreting the MC's signs and gestures, and she knows that the MC loves her, even if he hasn't told Maya yet.
Josy wants both of them, and I think this is so that Josy needs to get to know them again first. Maya has changed a lot in EP11. She's braver, calmer, and hopeful for a better future. Josy doesn't know this Maya and has yet to get to know her. But they both want this, just like in EP8.
Micro breaks are the magic word. The MC needs to give them both a little more space in EP12, just like in EP8.
Interlude is a really good source of information. Kissing is very important in the game. Zoey said yes, so she wouldn't tell the MC to be a good kisser, so he doesn't become an idiot. My MC actually only kisses four girls in the game: Zoey, Josy, Maya, and Sarah. I noticed something in EP11.
