I'm not a Mel fan either. And I don't have anything against Mel. But Sarah... she is one of those absolutely not appealing type (not visually, but internally). With her attitude, with her manners, and how she spreads shit behind the backs, putting her nose EVERYfuckingWHERE, etc. This is a really repulsive type of character behavior. Many girls have a weakness to gossip and talking behind the backs, but in Sarah's case it's like 10 times bigger in any means. She have issues with trust and relationships (with guys), she is in college for what? Studying is not her strong suit. She also joined Quinn's restaurant. It looks like she's here to have fun and wreak chaos, which she also enjoys a lot.

I think we got all required hints in EP 8. When Sarah & Mel talked about not telling anything to Sage and that, being in shoes, Sarah would also prefer not to know the truth. Sage suspected that Chad was cheating on her with Sarah or Mel. But they known it and preferred to get accused, rather than telling her the truth. They mentioned that it's her (Sage) last months in the college and they can live with it if it's get worse. Another thing (again) - Mel knowed and was in relationship with bi-guys. You'd rather share stuff with someone who had particular expirience and understanding than share it with random person.

1. Don't choose Others path in ep8.
2. Have DIK Zoey; either pick enough DIK choices over chick choices during the interlude (check the walkthrough) or choose to take Emma's phone if you skip it.
3. Have high enough Zoey score; you can again check the official walkthrough but not being mad at Zoey, agreeing to hang out with her and telling Jacob not to make a move on her should give enough points already.
4. Don't confess your love to Maya or Josy if you're on their path.

They "attacked" and decided to get rid of fraternities, who caused troubles for them in any way in the past. Whether it's physical bullying (Alphas), humiliation and jokes (DIKs), or vain and narcissistic Preps who consider themselves superior. While the HOTs didn't do anything wrong to the Betas. And it's sorority, after all. But... there could be a "traitor" among the HOTs and the Sarah is the most suspicious person there for a lot of reasons:

- Nerds somehow managed to get the Chad & Troy secret... while the only ones who is aware are Sarah & Mel.
- Sarah encouraged Ashley to dump Antony for Derek and the next day Alphas (Antony) got a letter from Betas about Derek and Ashley fucked.
- Magnar already knows that Chad might not fall for the bait, because he talked out things with MC. While they talked in the library, we haven't seen Magnar around, but we also know that - 1. Sarah is ALWAYS up to date with ALL the news; 2. She is a friend of Mel, who, in turn, is on good terms with Chad and Troy (well, they kinda both, but Sarah can be a "rat" rather than a friend here).
- Finally, one of HOT girl working for Betas maybe a reason why Betas are not getting rid of them too (it's a far fetched assumption, however).

Betas needed a person with access to the DIKs mansion to do a physical tasks at least, like installing the camera(s), etc, who would not arouse suspicion. Since the male nerds are not allowed in there, we also know that the jocks and the Preps have nothing to do with this, and moreover, the Betas is all over of setting them all against each other. Another candidate is someone of female nerds. Sally... her, saying that Magnar, Ron, etc started to avoiding her and almost "banned" her can easily be a made up legend to get MC trust. But I'd still bet on Sarah. Sally is not that good in playing "roles", have issues with anger, etc. It's probably a red herring from DPC as it was done with Nick. On the other hand it can be somebody "neutral" - like a random guy from dorms which is partying with DIKs and doesn't look suspicious.

What if this is just a ruse by DPC (Pink) to make us believe the nerds have done everything? I think it's more likely that Magnar, Ron, and Bert are trying to avert shame from the nerds. Why?

Jamie lost his cell phone, which has a direct connection to the DIK laptop. Who has the phone? Arieth. We see this just before Chad gives Dawe his letter, but before that, we see Arieth looking at a picture of Jacob having sex with Dawe. Why would Jamie have a photo of Jacob on his phone? He didn't, but the phone was used to get pictures from the DIK laptop. Who could possibly have the technical knowledge to do something like that? Sally. She's on Quinn's drug client list?

Here we have the reason why Magnar, Ron, and Bert want nothing more to do with Sally. She's putting the nerds in danger. Magnar is just trying to protect his frat, and he knows that no one will mess with the MC in the future. When the MC is with Josy in EP10, Josy tells him to stay out of it when things get heated because of Arieth. Well, Arieth and Dawe are still supposed to be separated, and in EP11, everything is being prepared for Ashley to break up with Ant. It actually started in EP10, if you remember the HOTs' cum-face game.

The only exception is Chad. Magnar doesn't know what to expect. He doesn't know if the MC can hold his own against Chad or Caleb. Magnar doesn't see the MC as an enemy, but rather as a friend. So there's Plan B: Chad vs. Caleb. A HOT suggests Caleb at the Jocks' Christmas party so that Chad will hide something, and it will be in the envelope Chad receives from Sage. Which HOTs does Magnar know from EP6? Josy and Maya.

Now you're wondering why Tybalt also received a letter. That's easy; just look in EP2. In the Alphas' locker room, where the MC records Chad's phone call, there's a tennis racket and self-tanner. Who borrowed him in EP7, not his tennis racket, but only one? Tybalt. He's probably the one who told Chad that the blackmailer would be the MC.
