for some reason when i tried to go for both aka in relationship with sage while also fucking around with quinn, during halloween party planning meeting you dont get the threesome scene because quinn looks surprised that MC fucks with sage that way and mood is gone. I dont know what exactly i did wrong but quinn says "i dont like him that way" or something very close to that, so there is a way to ruin the chances with quinn if you get too serious with sage, just dont know what the exact trigger is
as for the path without losing any girls it really depend on what you mean by losing.
there is no path where you can get all of them without losing some. you cant have bella without losing jill, you cant have maya and josy without losing lot of others and there is lot of girls you cant have without losing josy and maya... list goes on.
But if you are asking about non main girls then yeah its possible to just fuck around with most of them without losing any girls but its far cry from big harem that you desire.
Assuming that we have same definition of harem which is multiple girls sharing one boyfriend / wives sharing one husband... this game has none of that as only thing remotely close to harem is the fact you can fuck multiple girls with no strings attached but that is also true for the girls too, none of them are loyal to MC either, its just sex, situationships at best

There isn't. In episode 8 you either choose a relationship with one of the love interests, or both in Maya's case since her girlfriend is a bonus or you either choose the others path and keep banging the side girls.

Absolutely not, being on Sage path is 100 % required to have the threesome with Quinn. Quinn will only reject you if you have a chick affinity, are on M&J path or if she broke up with you because you were also on Jill Path. You must have pick no instead of yes when they mention the threesome.

yeah as i said i dont know what exactly was the trigger but i did get quinn to reject the threesome even though i know dating sage is requirement for triggering it
