If that's the TV you're looking for then it's very unlike DPC to not make different renders. Even when Sage talks to Maya at the end of ep7 there's a separate render with the TV.

I like that, but the anal threesome scene has no variable checks for the Maya solo hangout from Episode 7. The only way that could be a TV is if when MC chooses to do something else, Derek ran into Rusty and nabbed it for his sister. But then we've never seen or heard about it if that's the case.
