It's weird when I'm enjoying something I love and it brings to mind something I hate... and softens it. This is a track I've had forever and simply adore. I must admit though... listening to it this morning... it did make me think of.... bla I can't even say it....

It makes me think of Quinn and her frozen heart melting... just a bit... just a bit...

It's was very long time since I heard this song. It is one of her best song especially the route 94 club song version. This song fits your description for Quinn

While preferable to the stupider "Cindy is Nick's sister" theory, I still don't think his sister goes to B&R at all. It doesn't fit with the phrasing of his comment.

I'm a House head and I actually heard the Route 94 track first and went and found the original cut. THAT video reminds me of the MC at a party :)

How about a drug dealer (respectable) AND a makeup artist! Then she could get the extra drugs she obviously wants AND she could get an overhaul on that jacked up grille of hers. She'll be high... she won't even notice.
