Install the urm then follow this step.
1. Alt + M (it will launch the mod)
2. Type in the variable "need"
3. Look for the "needs_met"
4. Select it
5. Inside it there will be numbers from 0 to7
6. Click the number and change all the input from false to true.
7. After doing it just click finish in the game the save your game and delete the urm.
