Too much Rum and Nuka-Cola Quantum?
Actually, it's a mixture of the lighting I added being both too close/intense on Josy's face and the fact that it's more difficult to lighten hair shades than to darken them. When I was already finished with Maya and the dresses I didn't have the heart to start all over to fix the lighting. So, she glows!
