If you balanced your RP, then it uses an RP ratio. The current thinking is that to try and keep the throuple from breaking up in the future, don't tell either girl you love them.
I had the opportunity to confess my love to Maya when we were skating, but I decided not to do it because Josie wasn't with us. It seemed to me that if I told Maya that I love her when Josie wasn't around, then my script might go down the line in favor of Maya, and Josie would move away. Therefore, the last scene of the episode, where I had to choose who to sleep with, caused me a number of different emotions, because I didn't want to give preference to one person... Most likely, the plot will continue as I was told in the comments, either the main character and the girls will figure out the relationship and they will continue their story together, or the game will follow the route with one of them, without the participation of a third girl. (although there is still a dramatic option where they will completely break up(((
