I played this game when it was at version 0.8, I enjoyed it a bit. I wanted to replay it, but I had sudden traumatic flashbacks to the god awful free roam sections. If you like them, more power to you, but I cant stand that meaningless "get random girl a drink from the bar, and you have to click 4 different options or she wont be happy". So, that being said, is there a mod or something that I could use to just skip that stuff? I know its a long shot, but I figured I would ask.

Not that I know of and I also don't enjoy them very much. You DO get some interesting scenes and action during a lot of the free roams so I use Skip Unseen Text (TAB or CTRL) plus fast travel plus the task list (only if I can't find something) and it goes pretty fast. There are tricks for certain free roams like the HOTS party. If you have CHICK (maybe NEUTRAL) affinity you get the chance to skip the entire "make the jocks leave" bit and you just have to talk to Sage twice. Anyway I feel your pain but give the fast forward a go and see if that helps a bit.

GO play U4IA then tell me the free roam here is annoying. Hint its really not that bad

I say its not even the free roams that are bad,
it's the minigames such as the tests, party planners and that stupid shit cube consumes so much time and got to think it through to get a good amount of points.

That's pretty true for me BUT.... there is one free roam in BaDik that pisses me off every time. Go tell every single brother in the frat that it's time for breakfast! Not only is it stupid and pointless but I think Tommy was fucking Christie and I didn't see anything but her ankles and her feet. Lame!
