Obviously subjective but from my viewpoint it's more than bad it's freaking horrible. 17 hour days seven days a week. If you love it then do it, no shade but I'd have to be in a forced labor camp before I'd do anything like that.
I was working from home. It made it easier in a sense, but my dept was short staffed and they offered double ot or double banked hours. I was working from 6 am to around 9-11pm during the weekdays and 5am to around 6pm-7pm on weekends. I did that for almost two years. I managed to collect tons of months worth of days off and a ton money. I could have made more money.....but you know...taxes.....
