I think it's a little pushy in the sense that she still has feelings for MC, and is annoyed that he would be with some as shallow (looking) as Lily. It's tinged her actions a bit. But overall, she cares for him and is just trying to help as a friend.

I have no problem with it. I've always seen Sage as my best friend anyway (on a non-Sage path). She's looking out for her friend.

She has bitten her lip in the past, and there's the whole HOT code thing as well, but after the BJ comment, she can't keep quiet any longer. She tells MC how she sees it, and when he says his side she walks away.
