He also talk about in a earlier update doing a scene he been waiting a long time. Could be Bella back story, a party thing (I hope not) or a certain breakup
Considering in the Q&A's he was also talking about he was really looking forward to the reactions of the players, one could think this scene will contain a massive (in this case important) twist and/or shock reveal when it comes to the plot and/or background of the characters.

If it was a minigame, dpc would have said it, he would not have been able to resist
Or this huge scene will be something similar to the end of Return of the King, but except for an insane amount of epilogues, we get a montage with quite a few if not an insane amount of reveals (considering DPC said in this update he didn't want the work on it to end) split among multiple plotlines.
Anytime he says new features and pairing it with new code, one thing comes to mind minigames unless he is finally implementing where characters react on who is your background
