Aren't all known character last names on the forbidden list? Like Jones, Hoff and Davis?

I'm just hoping like hell that trying every forbidden name isn't a requirement for seeing 100% dialogue.

No, just the ones I listed. It'd be like if I were talking to you, and said my last name was -a-Dale, or Powers, or Zone.
