I worked on static renders all week. I've been working through a specific storyline with multiple scenes, characters, and environments spread throughout the episode, and I am almost finished with it. I have also worked on a couple of other medium-sized scenes with some branched variations.
My strategy right now is to work on longer, fully written scenes, as it feels like more gets done when I work on bigger scenes and can knock the art out in one go. It's a way of working that helps my brain tackle this episode and its many different scenes.
I plan to continue working on static renders for a while, as the two cutscene animations I posed a while back have kept my PCs busy. Both of those cutscene animations are now around 66-75% complete. My other PCs are currently rendering animations from two different lewd scenes and hundreds of static renders.

we've made it through the first half of 2025.
if episode 12 comes in march 2026, then everything is fine, unless you're hungry for GTA 6.

March 26 is very optimistic. Imo a minimum of june-august 2026 is more realistic.

Actually, we are still three weeks short. Half a year is early July, not June.
And even expecting ep 12 in the same 15 months ep 11 took is optimistic. The much more realistic 18 months would be September 2026.

I don't think The Witcher 4 will come before 2027GTA6 for sure, but mostly Witcher 4.

I'd rather play BaD S3 or another AVN to be honest, unless the AAA game I want to play is released on Game Pass.GTA6 for sure, but mostly Witcher 4.
Ever since I've gotten Game Pass, I never paid more than € 40 for a game I wanted to play, and even that was a rarity. I'd rather spend the money for € 7,50 to € 15 a piece (mostly, BaD3 would probably be around 20, which I'd happily spend) on AVNs.

Normally I'd agree.
But I've already come to terms with the fact, I won't be sticking around long enough to see the end of this. But hopefully long enough to learn WTF is Bella's secret closet is all about. Beyond that, I don't think I could be made to care that much for the rest.
