Zoey won the Patreon poll after episode 9 (competitors included Lily and Quinn)
In the Reddit polls, Zoey only lost to the main five. Who among us is biased?
Obviously people who like Zoey. They're also ignorant of her function of the narrative, but that's hardly their fault...
Do you want girls to give up on fighting for the MC if he's in a relationship? Do you think the story will be interesting then?

Are you assuming if you hook up with Zoey...the girl you were with will supposedly pursue you later?
So far, I don't see that happening.
Trying for more with Josy and Maya in Episode 4 (so, pre-Crossroads), then jumping to anyone else in Episode 8, forces you to break up with Josy and Maya at the end of 9. In 10, Maya tries to patch things up, but Josy is still furious and brushes the MC off.
- That Josy and Maya breakup in Episode 8 causes the MC to avoid them in Episode 9. So, no photos, no option for them in the picture contest, and no conversation in Rusty's room with the murder mystery. They also won't be in your Clucks in Episode 10.
- If you share the sex vid, Jade gets furious and avoids MC in Episode 11 for betraying her trust (and onward I imagine.) Similar to screwing up her "car date" when you don't show up for it. This causes the MC to avoid Camila in 11, as he's not in the mood to help her out.
- Jill won't stay with the MC in the DIK mansion if you took money from her room, and you'll lose 5 points with her.
- Jill also won't stay with the MC if you broke up with Josy and Maya.
Jill "kind of" amends her feelings with you and Bella if you pursue her and Bella, but choose Bella. She doesn't pursue the MC.
And if you choose Jill, Bella just accepts it. She doesn't pursue the MC and (to my knowledge) there's no special dialogue; it's just done.
- Same if you pursued Cathy while on Bella's path. Bella just ends it.
Outside of getting cold feet at the Crossroads selection, it seems like Sage is the only path here without shenanigans...
And we all know what she's going to do to Zoey.
Make a choice in episode 8 and go on rails to a certain ending, because there will be no more important choices.

There should be no more contradictory romantic choices, but that's up to the craziness that is DPC. It seems the MC can't withstand doing bad things to the girls he's with. Despite "Being a DIK", our MC seems natively good natured regardless of how we choose him to be with the ladies. Plenty of DIK choices for him to be cruel to other people; just not in a romantic sense.
Maybe you'll see this ending in 10 years if you're lucky.
At the rate we're going, with Zoey, and now even more Others'?
2035 is the expectation.
