This is probably affected by path, but I hope it'll be that the paths just have alternate gifts or gifts on top of the default gifts. Rather than it being a massive mess that tracks everything.
Default:
Bella: A book on yoga.
Jill: A collection of classical pieces for the guitar.
Josy: Clothes.
Maya: DVDs.
Sage: High quality booze.
On path:
Bella: A snowmo- as if! But she did get them a trip for the next break which may include snowmobiles and will most definitely include a lot of sex.
Jill: A semi-expensive electric guitar. Not as high quality as Lana's and definitely not Lana's actual guitar, but a good one.
Josy: Outfits for cosplay sex.
Maya: Adult DVDs.

Now that I think about it, a scene solely dedicated to opening gifts would take forever, 7 people had to buy 6 gifts each, for a total of 42(!) individual gift opening scenes/renders
