Thinking about it, these guys never came to anything in Episode 11. They're talking about a winter getaway, a possible ski trip, but the only notable things that happen is Geoff drunkenly joining the conversation and mention of A Gina (not necessarily OUR Gina). Neither turned out to be Bianca's dad, or show up near the cabin, or anything. I guess something could still happen in the future, but it seemed like a natural tie-in.

Well I suppose one of them could be Bianca's dad (I want to say Maynard, but can't be sure), but they don't seem to be all that close to Geoff. Of course they might not be close just because their daughters are. Maybe the families met more as a series of niceties around a business deal and the girls hit it off but the parents didn't. It happens extremely rarely in any kind of fiction that people share the exact same first name (unless by "accident" you make the MC have the same first name as one of the characters or if it's the point of the title like in the manga/anime Nana). The highest chance is that she is just his daughter, but considering the themes we've already seen in this game, it's also pretty likely that he is her sugar daddy.

But speaking of the Thomson family. As of ep 11 I consider it extremely likely that Miranda and Bianca are related. Aunt and niece rather than mother and daughter as Bianca should already be born during the diary events. This is not a new idea, but ep 11 gave us a new point of evidence. If MC joins the ski trip he does a monkey pose for their group photo. He even thinks of it as channelling his mom. So one of his mother's old friends must end up seeing that picture and that is how MC connects with them.
I have a couple of times mentioned my hypothesis that Bella and Lynette knew each other. The fact that the photo happens on Bella's path as well as Jill's gives more weight to the idea. Before this all additional clues about Lynette have come only through Jill's path. However, it also implies that the revelation won't come through Bella's secret room. After all why set up the photo if the revelation is railroaded for all paths way sooner. Unless of course the purpose of the photo isn't to reveal the truth to Bella and MC, but to reveal their relationship Miranda. That would actually be really satisfying. Even before they themselves found out they started a chain reaction of being discovered.
So if the connection is so obvious to Miranda why hasn't Bella seen it for herself? That would be because to Bella it's just a new detail in a person she already knows very well, but to Miranda that photo is a first impression. It is a moment MC is being "his mother's son", but this is unusual behaviour for him. To Bella the photo won't rewrite everything she knows about MC, but to Miranda it's the very starting point. And thus we will have... drama!
