Personally I think that the big freeroam event(s) in the episode will be the fighting tournament and the faculty party. It'll be broken up a bit between having to play or having to fight, but it'll be a lot of going around and interacting with people in between.

And if that's the case then a smaller or more intimate New Years will be more likely.

The faculty party would be pretty boring in comparison, wouldn't it? There'd only be Bella, Bella... Bella..... *ahem*, uh Jill, Jade, Nora and Cathy maybe, then Philip and whoever the fuck else. Sage and Bianca maybe. But unless there's more milfy teachers we haven’t met yet, there's a lot less to do. The fighting competition could basically be everybody, minus who I mentioned.

Technically there aren't even supposed to be parties on campus grounds. Obviously the teachers look the other way, even Cathy gave the DIKs a big pass. But if there were to be some sort of party, or student gathering with teachers as chaperones, then definitely no alcohol, little to no crazy stuff like body shots or the bj contest. And Bella could still be seen doing something inappropriate, or talking to MC for a suspicious amount of time. No flirting at all, can't be seen sneaking away together, etc. Too much risk.

Yeah by comparison to all the other parties sure it would be a step down. Tyballs and Stephen will also be there as well as any high profile donors to the school so probably some familiar faces from the Preps Alum party. Functionally it'd be more of a networking event with drama and scandalous moments worked in depending on what you've got up to during that playthrough.

Having these be the big freeroams would be something different compared to just another freeroam party. But I don't know, just a thought on how DPC can switch things up a bit.

When I went on a school trip with high school, we went to a pub with teachers as chaperones and we were allowed to drink alcohol by the teachers, even those who weren't old enough yet. It seems (if B&R is just as lenient as long as it isn't on campus grounds) your block party idea might be the best idea for her to join the party as a chaperone. If she wants to sneak off with the MC for some sex, their friends will have no problem to stand guard in case someone comes looking for them.

The issue I'm having though, is pacing. Right now, we are not even at Christmas yet, and the two events are on December 29th. The big parties/free roams are usually saved for the back half of the episodes, usually towards the end. So keeping that in mind, when would Episode 12 end? New Years? Early January? Or would the free roam be in the front half for once, so we can still play through an entire month normally?
