The patch is for updating from v0.10 to 0.11. The 18gb file is the full season 3 so far that continues from s1 + s2.

you need the full Interlude+Season 3 (18.6GB) if you have not yet played Season 3.
You cannot update from Season 1&2 to Season 3 with the patch. This patch is for Episode 10 to Episode 11.
