Well it is not far-fetched idea, first if you kissed back Jill back in ep.9 she will tell it to Bella. Then at the end of the party in Bella's house Bella holds Jill's hand and place it on mc's chest. So it is a rational thinking to have Bianca in Bella's path because I think Bella is ok in an open relationship

Season 2 indicates the opposite, since you're immediately off her path when you let Cathy blow you in Bella's car.
