I just finished season 2, and I chose the Isabella path. Since I finished that version, I decided to unlock the scenes that I didn't get and I saw that there was a scene with Jill, she was the girl I liked the most. Now that I'm starting season 3, do I need to make a new save without dating Isabella or is that okay?

Yes, you need a new save just for Jill, unless you were pursuing both of them, otherwise choose her instead.

The choice at the end of Episode 8 locks you into one path, so if you chose Bella, then you're only with Bella. If you have the option for someone else, you can choose them.
