So far as the game currently goes, choosing Bella at the end of Season 2 blocks you from doing anything more than a kiss with Jill, though we do keep getting teased with the possibility of doing something with both Jill and Bella - so far, it's just teasing and hints that maybe something might happen someday, if we're very lucky.

As of the end of Episode 11, the choice you make at the end of Episode 8 is binding - if you choose Others, you lock out the five Main Girls; if you choose one of the Main Girl options (Josy and Maya, Bella, Jill, Sage) you lock out everyone else. If you do pick Others, then through Season 3, you keep seeing choices where you have to choose between two or more of them to continue with one and drop certain others. There are one or two exceptions - the big one is Zoey, who gives you the option to abandon your current path for hers, but there are also options to mildly cheat on your chosen path by flirting with various others, and one particular girl who's strongly hinted at having upcoming cheating options.

That silhouette was mentioned all the time. People mistakenly thought it could be someone entering through the front door, because they don't know the layout of Bella's house (or follow the story and themes I guess). There were also guesses of it being James finally returned, or Patrick crashing the party over the documents (this was before 11 came out), or Vinny being a cunt and smashing up the place because of MC or something.

Since the person is coming out of the locked room, and no one else is around, I would guess it's MC, after Derek was taken to the hospital. He either stayed behind, or returned to Bella's and went inside the room. This is him exiting.

Just finished my second playthrough, I really like Lily the most at first, but after playing Sage's route in my second playthrough, Sage is really a damn wife material and I love her so much, her route has a romantic story. Right now i can't really play different route cause no matter what I choose, I always ended up going back to her

It is one of my pet ideas that Sage is the only girl you can marry during the game instead of in the epilogue.

Why? Traditional wedding vows: "for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health" Sage is the only one with whom the last one has been put to the test. Ever since I first played ep 6 I've been on alert for further marriage foreshadowing and Sage keeps delivering. Ep 10 and 11 were particularly strong. 10 had that morning with Sage where she and MC bicker like they've already been married for a couple of years. It's a really strong vibe. 11 went all out with actual talk of getting married.

But you do have to look after Sage when she is sick. No picnic with Jill! And you can't friend zone her until ep 7! You'll get a weaker version of looking after her if she is in the friend zone.
