Nora's date is the Saturday after Halloween so Nov 7th. Shroom party is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving so Nov 25th. Enough time to be worried about a missing period. Not sure when it starts showing in tests. She should definitely know by the end of ep 11.

My initial thought was that she broke things off after finding out that she was pregnant. As Spock pointed out though, it seems more likeley that if that was the case she'd probably want to have a serious conversation about it and not break things off over the phone. The call at the party is more likely related to her not wanting to be involved with her student.
It differs per person and per test, but a home pregnancy test can detect pregnancy as early as 10 days after conception, but it's safest to wait until first day of a missed period.
I'm inclined to agree. I suspect that she broke it off for professional reasons and hadn't yet found out she was pregnant. I expect the pregnancy to be the reason they get back together.
OR she probably is pregnant at least in her path at least I believe when we see her at the doctors or the hospital where we get an update on her. Pregnancy test can alarm you when you get pregnant around 10 to 11 days which is during that timeframe of 18 days.
