It's hard to say what happens with Buddy and Vinny. In detail that is. I see it largely leading to the same end results just with a lot of potential routes. Buddy most likely was caught, but Vinny quite possibly was not there when the cops raided the place. I hope Vinny did get caught and not just because I want him to be punished, but because the plot would be more interesting. Vinny's only chance is to sell Buddy out. Nick will then bail him out and then they will get ambushed by buddy's henchmen who literally stab Nick in the back and he'll be in a coma for however long is convenient for the plot.
If Vinny is caught and sells out Buddy, Buddy will go to prison, but he'll take over the place and seek revenge through rich contacts such as Stephen. They will all get taken down eventually but Quinn will have to run for it.
If Vinny isn't caught he'll be out for revenge. He'll stab Nick in the back himself and eventually he goes down and brings Stephen down with him while Quinn goes on the run.
If Buddy's influential contacts get him off, he'll be out for revenge, stabs Nick in the back, gets taken down eventually, sells out Stephen and Quinn goes on the run.
Many roads to the same place. Revenge, Nick stabbed in the back (literally), Stephen gets taken down with them and Quinn runs for it.
Quinn's happy epilogue is her turning up at MC's doorstep a few years later with a bag of groceries and saying: "I bought broccoli."
There might also be a variant of Sage's ending where Quinn returns and becomes "aunt Quinn" to her kids. Depends on how many variables will affect the endings.
