I don't think Buddy gave a fuck on who was on Vinny's turf and who on Quinn's turf. What he cared about was them jacking up the prices and pocketing the difference. Vinny lost customers and told on Quinn's higher prices. And he was a fucking idiot because he was screwing Buddy over harder and there was no way Quinn wouldn't know that from what Lily told her.
