True, that's why we know it's at the location of the drug den. I don't know if it's normal to put a police banner at the entrance of the alley since it's still a small walk to the den from there. The crashes you experience is because of the anti-cheat in the game. Chances are if you never uses a cheat but still experiencing this crashes is because of the persistent file you have is use with cheat before. By the way those anti-cheat only works for new episode you just need to wait a day or 2 to have the mod to stop the game for crashing and a week for the updated mod
