you wont miss 2nd Jill scene if you will stay, its after party/Bella party. But its only for few girls you wont be able to fuck on her path, and Zoey. Actually, you should stay, there is spicy surprise event awaits you

In episode 8, you can choose no main girls/others only.
You cannot go on Other while on Jill's route unless you fulfilled some requirements (then after choosing Jill you will be pushed on Others and be off Jill's path). Other than that, you can also just ignore/decline all romantic scenes during episode 1-8 so you only have Others available.
If I remember right there was only Sage and Jill for me what is the requirement to chose Others?
