This probably takes place before that, maybe even before they get married. Which brings up another thing I've never been clear on, is how long they've been married. Can’t remember who, might’ve been Night Hacker, but they said her ring indicates they've been married for at least 10 years (I think).

Nice render! Too bad this time there isn't much if anything to theorize about when it comes to the situation itself. It seems pretty clear this just them (or only James if the house already belonged to her) moving into Bella's current house that she inherited.

Zoey is hot But .. is it really necessary? That's my question .. To include her while i already chose a path, i feel like zoey is ruining the game with a completely unnecessary choices.. i loved the game in the first 2 sessions but when session 3 came up the game just been slipping down bad and became more complicated and unnecessary. From the beginning of episode 9 till 11 there's really nothing and i mean Nothing good about it

That's my opinion and that's how i feel.

I only like Quinn(which is unfortunate because it all to slow for her now if u know what i mean)
And some other side characters in the game

Necessary, 'no' but interesting 'yes.' She's the only one with a prior history with the mc which gives it a different dynamic. If we're talking about who and who isn't necessary then there's plenty of characters introduced way back in S1 or 2 that could have been cut out instead. The first that comes to Mind is Nora, she just feels like a budget Bella to me, she doesn't really bring anything new. At least Zoey does have that new dynamic and character type.

The only plus in Nora's route is the scene with Fluffy. It has nothing else interesting to offer. A waste of time, as are the scenes with Becky, Madame Manatee, the girls from the dorm are questionable... but variety is also needed for ONS in Others route.
