Well luckily you don't have to pay for any of them. Just accepting the restaurant is enough if you want most sex scenes with them.
After that you can have the scenes (and build relationships) with all of them for free if you play your cards right.
It's also possible to get a smaller amount of scenes if you don't accept the restaurant at all. You lose the sex scenes with Sarah in episode 2 and both at the Dorm party, but you can still have sex with them after the Halloween party and later.

I've gone back and forth on that subject. Obviously there's more content with the restaurant, including some actual talks and heart-to-hearts with some of the girls, but it feels weird to start a relationship like that, plus the restaurant will undoubtedly bite us in the ass later.No, I don't think so.
