As of right now you can confess to one or the other.
Some people have theorised that, to continue the throuple, it'd be best to confess to neither of them in episode 11 and wait for an opportunity to confess to them both at the same time in the future.

Also it currently seems safer to not go to Bella's party if you want to try to continue with both in the future (only possible if you didn't say ILY to either of them or if the ILY isn't returned), considering it will probably bite the throuple in the ass if you choose to sleep with one over the other on the couch.
