Assuming you are referring to the ILY with Bella.

I'm pretty sure, DPC will stretch out at least one ILY to after Episode 12. Based on storyline, Bella is the most likely to have to wait. (Maybe it's the save the best till last theory ). IF we are to get a threesome with B&J (I think we will, but still an IF) I don't think it will happen in 12, we'll get pushed to 13.

The Madame Rose theory is the longest of reaches, mostly stemming from her being seen in the background of Sage's date (which could be vaguely considered as a hint for players).
