DPC made him sometimes dumb just when story needs, that's why it feels so out of character and not natural, because overall he is a decent dude, even Marty Sue a bit.

Afaik the ingame official guide is only possible if you bought the game + walkthrough on Steam (or another platform that sells both, if there are any).
