Is there a scene in the game where Quinn is talking about hiding the restaurant from Sage/making sure she doesn't find out about it?

I feel like there is but not sure.

No, but Mel gives the most hints out of all of them to become the next restaurant girl for more than just FWB.
Even Sarah gives some minor hints that she might want more in the near future (the handholding and the kiss in ep 11)

Let's also not forget about Mona. Personally, I'm thinking just before Jade can ruin MC's life, as she promised, Mona comes forward with evidence that basically allows Jade to neutralize her soon-to-be ex-husband's leverage in court.
