The only "subtle" thing about them both is the difference in the dinner scene with Sage. Imo it's just a coincidence that they were both having dinner in the same restaurant at the same time. Madame having the same style of costume as Carla during Panty Party really makes me feel there's a much larger chance of a connection between Carla and Madame than the coincidence with Sage and Madame. :BootyTime:
