my game just starts crashing every time i start it. when playing after season 9 it crashes when derek mother story starts every time . what to do . please help

Same here! And I feel like this is the biggest cliffhanger ending so far, that being a double-cliffhanger, making the wait even worse! If this is planned to go four seasons, I hope they can find away to end it with in 1-2 years from now tops!

Thanks! I just realized what my problem was - I never changed floors! When I thought I had completed the mansion, it was only the main floor! D'OH!!!
i am not using the mod still the same problem is happening. i uninstalled and re installed the game too still same issue

Probably the Persistent file in your saves-directory has traces of the mod. Delete it and see if it works then. You will lose any unlocked gallery scene/image however.

If you used it in the past, or have saves coming from a modded game, you'll need to either reinstall the current mod or make delete files for a clean install.
tried that didn't work. I just do't want to play the 2 seasons again for all the routes but now it's like the game starts the game crashes .I think someting wrong with the saves but do'nt know what it's a new pc so don't have my old season 2 saves. so i can't think of anythisng to resolve this.

Did you delete both
persistent files? There's one on the game\saves folder, and another one on %appdata%

Understandable. What you could do is what Spock said and still delete everything in the Ren'py saves folder (not just the one in the game directory, your PC also saves them somewhere else). After that, you can download savegames from page 1 of this thread and start season 3 with those.
