1) The Riona situation. Quinn didn't tell her about the possible risks and lied when she said everything was under control. We know what that led to.
2) Quinn continues to lie to Sage and use her, although Sage considers her her best friend.
3) Quinn gets people hooked on drugs (like Karen). And don't tell me that they are adults and make their own choices.
Drugs are addictive and they take away a person's ability to think straight. Quinn knows this and takes advantage of it.
4) If it weren't for Quinn, Mona would never have dropped out of college (I'll never forgive her for that).
5) Quinn is constantly deceiving people for money. For example, she sells Dave counterfeit pills. I don't care about alphas, but honestly, if he found out the truth and broke Quinn's jaw, he would be 100% right.
6) As far as I know, Quinn still hasn't told the MC that Vinny's gun was real.
7) The game doesn't directly confirm this, but I think we all understand that Quinn was going to blackmail Maya into joining the restaurant.

1) True, but she only did it because she was trying to protect Riona this way. However we all know how bad Quinn's decisionmaking is.
2) That indeed seems to be the case, but it could be that Sage already knew about it (being Stephen's daughter and all) and is just using a hands-off approach.
3) I don't think Karen would be getting hooked on drugs. Just like Sally, she would only buy study drugs which apparently are very common in the US (I don't believe they are used in the Netherlands, or at least not in that amount). Although still addictive, these are not that addictive compared to stuff like nicotine or alcohol.
4) That is on Stephen imo, not Quinn. I don't think Mona would have any problem to work for the restaurant if she just had to service students.

Just tried it out myself again to be sure. I was massive DIK, fought Troy, Beth insulted me and wore the dildo helmet and I was still able to go to Bella's house as long as I did all other choices that gave + RP with her and got her lewd scenes. I also played with minigames off.

It really seems that the only thing you can't do is get Cathy's blowjob in Bella's car. Everything else seems to be fair game.

I'm pretty sure Sage doesn't know anything about the restaurant and the drug dealing. She might know that some of the sisters do drugs sometimes, but that's all.

Of course, Stephen had something to do with it, but I got the impression that the dialogue between Quinn and Camilla, where Quinn asks "will she be a problem?", sets off a chain of events that results in Mona leaving.

Simple: Quinn only wants restaurant material as new HOTs and she knew from the beginning Maya would be too clean for it. She set up the list to make her fail. She wanted the video to proof that Maya didn't do her task correctly and thus couldn't join the HOTs.

I don't believe she wanted Maya involved at all. Everything she says and does makes it clear that she was against it since the beginning. They used her to kidnap MC, but that's it.
