In episode 11, when Josy/MC was talking to her on the phone, Josy's mother looked 45-50 years old. In episode 12, her age suddenly dropped to 30-35. I think DPC realized they made Josy's mother too old in episode 11 and made her a "hot milf" in episode 12. I think she's the best character in the game right now.

Best looking 30+ year old maybe (yes, I think she's even hotter than Bella and Cathy in the preview), but imo definitely not the best looking character in the game. For me that honor still belongs to either Riona or Sage

Well.... We have the option to leave all MGs to end up with Zoey, so she doesn't necesarilly has to be that hot.

If you're still in the throuple however if you fail to get the contracts, Josy says she's not giving up on the throuple. This dialogue makes it seem we get both, if I remember Josy's reaction later in the episode correctly if you're in a Josy-focused throuple: Both throuple to solo-Josy and Others to dating Josy.
