I'm curious where people draw the line. I've finished several runs, but I never considered that as finishing the game. On the other extreme would be getting that 100% dialogue. I suppose I draw the line at unlocking every scene. The rest is completionism. I've finished the game, but not completed it.

Yes. It's been a season 3 pattern. Every episode had a main girl's first anal scene. 9 was Sage, 10 was Bella and 11 was Josy and Maya.
