Yeah, but even after a fling the "shock" value for the other DIKs is mostly gone. They're like: "yeah, we've seen her leave once before. It was always possible it would become something serious."
MC's talk to Nick was another case of him being overly dramatic, and one of the rare cases for Bella to be as such imo. They should've reacted this way the first time they were caught, not the second time.

I'd like to think that the guys not blabbing about the Walk of Shame, and then have no reaction to Nick spilling the beans, means they either respect MC enough to not spread the news around or don't really care about it beyond the fact MC fucked the hot librarian. But either way, the secret is spreading faster and faster.

Knowing DPC and seeing what happened in ep 11 with Josy, the faculty event might become a disaster if we're on the Bella route. We already know Jill is coming, we can be sure Bella is coming and it's likely Bianca will be coming as well.
Chances are pretty high that at least one of the other guests will hear them talking about the relationship or see MC acting lovey dovey or talking about their relationship with her during a moment they think they're safe. MC surely is dumb enough to do so and I think Bianca can also talk a bit loose.
